  • Bespoke or made-to-measure items can only be returned for alterations.

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfilment centre (typically within 72 hours), you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
